Could you explain these ?

I got these article from a website (and I forget the website name) 1 year ago then save it into text document and I forget to put the domain name. The article says that there're 3 strange 'behaviour' on Microsoft product (Windows and Microsoft Office).

And those behaviour are :

1. Open your notepad and type Bush hid the facts in there, save it and reopen it, and look, what do you get ?
2. Try to create a folder and give it name CON, and Windows never create it.
3. Open Microsoft Word and type =RAND(100, 99) then press ENTER key, and you'll be surprised with the result.

Can you explain those ?
