Bypass Folder Startup

Windows XP loads so many startup item when it boot up. One of startup items is located in Startup folder inside Start Menu. But if you don't want to load all items in Startup folder when Windows boot up just press and hold Shift key from Windows XP begins booting up until finished (Usually until your hard disk stops to spin/access).
That's it, and your Startup folder will bypassed by Windows XP.
